Al Ahly’s football first team will have their first training session in Doha on Monday at the University of Qatar ground, as part of the team’s preparations for Friday’s game against RS Berkane in the CAF Super Cup.

Al Ahly football first-team delegation, headed by the club's president Mahmoud El Khatib arrived in the early hours of Monday to the Qatari capital, Doha. 

The Red Eagles touched down at Doha Airport after a long trip from South Africa, where we secured our qualification to the CAF Champions League semi-finals. 

Upon their arrival, Al Ahly’s Delegation to Qatar underwent a COVID-19 test as part of the medical protocol that is set to combat the spread of coronavirus.

The Red Eagles are set to face RS Berkane of Moroccan on Friday in the CAF Super Cup.
